Follow the Yellow Brick Road!

I was quite excited to find out that my "Color of Money" received a Ginger Gem award!  WooHoo and thank you!  Speaking of Gingersnap Creations, this tag will be entered into their GC109 "On The Road."  Mine might be a "Yellow Brick Road," but none the less a road!  Anything Goes at Simon Says Stamp and Show, so we are traveling to there!  Last and most certainly not least, Linda our Grungy Monday leader for week 17 has us playing with Tim's Rock Candy.  I used both products on this tag and hopefully the sparkle can be seen.  Do you think the brads were too much?

All stamps are from Artistic Outpost and I used the fabulous OZ Collage stamp set.  Love this set!  My tag will also be entered into Artist Outpost's monthly referral program.  Who does not want a chance at free goodies.  For this an over sized tag was used and I hand cut a second chipboard tag.  My third tag layer is the road, which I wanted to set in, so used a movers and shapers (Tim's) on the first two.  Antique Glimmers from the Technique Junkies was done on the top tag.  Lots of inking fun!

Thank you Lynn for the RAK lovely package!  Lynn has now bypassed 1,000 followers and had a lovely giveaway.  Those of us who posted her giveaway on our blogs were given a little gift and here is my little stash of goodness!
Have a wonderful day and I hope those of you dealing with heat will soon have a little relief!

Distress Inks:  Tea Dye, Vintage Photo, Stormy Sky, Mustard Seed
Stazon Inks:  Timber Brown, Jet Black, Blazing Red
Stampin Up Markers:  Barely Banana, Pretty in Pink, Creamy Caramel, Blush Blossom, Brocade Blue

Fabulous tag Terry and no I don't think the brads are too much - they are small and help to outline the main focus and bring the eye in to the middle.
Great little package you received.
luv and hugs {brenda} xoxox

Hi terry,
Just back from holiday and catching up. Really love today's art. Love that it's a less traditional Dorothy image. I also love the rose colored glass in a recent post. I have a fair amount of similar glass, but in gold/orange tones.
