Time In A Bottle

"Time Flies" as chosen by the lovely Chris at A Vintage Journey is the current challenge and hope to see you join in all the fun. My wonderful DT Sisters have some amazing art to share with you, so do stop by. In the words of Chris, "We would like to see anything relating to the passing of time which includes Tim's products - stamps, dies, Idea-ology etc. This is down to your interpretation of how quickly time passes and how you can demonstrate it BUT we want to see Tim's techniques too please. Here is what I came up with!



The background of the tag was inked, splattered and stenciled with time pieces. From the computer, I found and printed out that wonderful old song from Jim Croce, "Time In A Bottle." Was pretty enthused with the previous CC#3C "painted industrial" challenge out of Tim's fabulous book, so decided to carry on! Being my sister's birthday in August, I wanted to tie this all in together. It is pretty difficult to get decent photos of foil, but it really looks pretty good. Inspiration Journal's August Challenge is "Anything Goes" and so I think you know where this is going!

Added the #8 brad and of course a few more metal bits for fun. My sister likes "Harley Davidson" type stuff, so this is close.
