Linda and the Curiosity Crew has brought us to another chapter in Tim's
Compendium of Curiosities III and on page 63 we are working those
Stamps and Framelits. By now you know to play along you must have your own copy of this fabby book and there is where you will find all the details. You have two changes to win prizes for the #9 challenge, the wonderful Joy and
Inspiration Emporium family with a $50 store gift voucher, where there is an "
Anything Goes" challenge for the month at their blog "Inspiration Journal" and
Tim and Mario with a surprise package of goodies.
I was a lucky winner for Tim's
June Tag and Mario actually sent me as part of my surprise package the "Big Top" Stamps and Framelits set, so guess what I used?
I can tell you for my elephant that I added some crinkled tissue paper to card stock that had been inked with Weathered Wood. I then colored in some areas Barn Door and inked over the raised areas with Vintage Photo and Weathered Wood. I added a few more Tim goodies and stamped and cut a separate little ticket and added a chit chat sticker.
The background was actually a piece that was from the
June Tag lesson and I thought would work quite well with my circus act.

Terry...Oh my goodness! This is so much fun to look at! I LOVE your background! So many layers and colors and patterns and they all work perfectly! I like that you used traditional colours associated with the circus but you made them vintage, perfect for your stamps.
